The
project will develop models for integration of organizational,
and competence development in knowledge based companies.
It will be tailored to enchance the ICT competence at
Siemens Metering AS, Norway (SMAS) and its international
sister companies, within the CIOC project.
The project shall use and gain further
experience with Open Distance Learning tools.
The course modules shall increase
the ICT competence to the employees, related to their
work and give them individual formal competence as university
credits.
The course modules are intended to be
part of a one-year study program, leading to a master´s
degree in ICT-based European industrial cooperation.
